Partnered with Basin Street Properties and Architectural Elevator Consulting for full modernization including geared to gearless Imperial machine replacements. MCE controllers and Innovation Industries fixtures.
Hilton Arden West
Partnered with hotel ownership for full elevator modernization including geared to geared basement machine replacements. MCE controllers and Innovation fixtures.
University of California, Davis
Partnered with UC Davis (and both Architectural Elevator Consulting / Elevator Consulting Associates) for the full modernization of 28 elevators. Work included MCE controls, Innovation Industries fixtures, new Imperial gearless machines, new power units, new hydraulic cylinders, new door equipment, and cab interior renovations (various per elevator as applicable).
