Service and Maintenance

Elevator Technology, Inc. (ETI) services most brands and models of elevator equipment, including hydraulic and traction, passenger and freight. The long-term reliability and safety of any elevator equipment is connected to the level of service it has received over the course of its useful life. ETI prides ourselves on providing proactive and responsible elevator maintenance services. We aim to customize each client’s elevator service offering based on multiple factors, including age, site conditions, usage, obsolescence, and budget.

Elevator maintenance requirements are driven by the individual elevator manufacturer’s specifications and local code requirements. Elevator maintenance involves cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting each of the elevator’s mechanical parts. In addition to custom service offerings, we offer both Limited and Full Service programs.

ETI will help you determine what code-required testing is needed for each elevator in your portfolio and whether you would like the testing costs separate from your service agreement or amortized into the contract.

Our firm gladly partners with our clients to find mutually agreeable terms for contract length, renewal options, insurance requirements, inclusions/exclusions, phone monitoring and wireless line service, as required.
