We offer both Time & Material, as well as Fixed Price Repairs at competitive rates with no compromise on quality.

Unique Offering

ETI possesses the machinery at our Sacramento Warehouse and Operations Office to custom fabricate new stainless steel door skins, front returns and transoms. This work can be performed during a modernization, cab interior retrofit or as a stand-alone repair project. If you have vandalized, dented, or scratched stainless steel in your existing elevator, please reach out to us for a quote on a door panel re-skin or onsite cladding work.

Wireless Elevator Phone Systems

With the egregious pricing for traditional “land-line” (analog) phone systems, in conjunction with the growing indicators that traditional phone lines may eventually be rendered mostly obsolete, ETI provides a one-stop offering to cancel and abandon your existing phone lines, and have us install a new wireless phone system especially designed for your elevator.
